Jamaurice Holt Launches Database & Cloud Consulting Practice Serving Regulated, AWS-Hosted Enterprises
ALPHARETTA, Ga. — September 2026 — Jamaurice Holt, a Senior Database Administrator and data platform engineer with nearly fifteen years of experience across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, today announced the expansion of his database and cloud consulting practice through Preserva Solutions LLC, helping organizations run fast, highly available, and compliant data systems on AWS.
Holt currently serves as a Senior SQL Server DBA at RegEd and has held principal- and staff-level database and data-platform roles at eBay and ActiveCampaign, where his work spanned OLTP performance and scalability, streaming and distributed processing with Apache Spark, Kafka, and Trino/Presto, and zero-downtime delivery on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS, Argo CD). Earlier in his career he architected enterprise database systems at McKesson and Wipro.

Holt is a Liquibase Certified Practitioner and works with clients on database security and compliance aligned to GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.

As organizations rush AI into lending, healthcare, and other regulated decisions, Holt is building for the opposite of hype: predictability and proof. EVE CoreGuard acts as a fail-closed pre-execution gate that evaluates each action against deterministic rules, blocks what cannot be defended, and produces cryptographically signed, independently verifiable evidence for every decision.

EVE NeuroSystems has filed 93 U.S. provisional patent applications across six coordinated families covering the architecture, from deterministic authority resolution to a cryptographic, tamper-evident record of decisions. The work is patent-pending.
